And there you have it! I have a major sweet tooth so I always try to save up some macros to end my day with a nice little treat!

About how many calories are your nightly snacks? I've had Arctic Zero before and was very disappointed. Maybe I had a bad batch?

ReplyDeleteI just recently purchased the weekly meal plan. The night time snacks that you have listed below are these ones we can add to that? I have a major sweet tooth too and this would be helpful. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I really need to lose a little and tone up. My eating habits are terrible and I'm feeling tired all the time. I'm also interested in the workout plans that you do, is gym equipment needed for these? We have a full gym at home so it's not a problem I was just wondering. Please let me know.
